Users must assure that 1) they have a cell service in the area to use the camera and 2) their provider uses the GPRS/GSM network and SIM cards.

In daylight, the camera takes incredibly clear color pictures with 12MP In darkness or if necessary, the infrared illumination will be activated and takes monochrome pictures/videos.
